General Terms and Conditions

Reservation requests must include:
• Name of the passengers.
• Arrival and departure date.
• Type and category of room you book.
• Credit Card Nº., Name Holder, expiration date, security code

Without this information the reservation will not be concreted.

Groups: will be considered those reservations that exceed 20 double rooms or 40 passengers for more than one night's accommodation.
To guarantee the request, a 30% of total booking may be deposit. Once this is made, a copy of the proof of the payment must be sent by e-mail or fax.

Payments

• Deposit in argentine pesos to Recreatur Tourism S.A. Cuit: 30-68308043-4. Current Account at Bank Credicoop No. 119-015432/0 or CBU: 19101196 55011901543200.
• Credit Card No., Name Holder, expiration date, security code. In case of No Show, a night's accommodation fee will be debited.

Check in / out

• Check-In: from 12 Hs and Check-Out: until 10 Hs

The stay after 10 am is considered late check-out. Permanence until 18hs.regard as half day and it cost 50% of the rack rate. Later than that will be charge 100% of the room price. The late check-out must be informed at the reception with 24 hours in advance. It will be subject to availability.

Cancellations and No Show

Low and Medium Season: The individual reservations may be canceled without charge, 72 hours before date of arrival to the hotel and a group with 15 (fifteen) days in advance.
Cancellations received within 72 hours before date of arrival, will have a penalty value of one (1) night's accommodation per room booked.

High season: The individual reservations may be canceled without charge, 10 (ten) days before the date of arrival to the hotel, a group with 25 (twenty five) days in advance. Cancellations received between 9 (nine) days and 3 (three) days before the date of arrival, will have a penalty of 50% of one (1) night's accommodation per room booked. Within 72 hours previous to the date of arrival or in case of No Show, will have a penalty value of one (1) night's accommodation per room booked.
